What the app stores

Timesheet Happens stores project names, time sessions, and your first-day-of-week preference on your iPhone. The app has no account system, developer-operated server, cloud sync, advertising, or third-party analytics.

Files import and export

If you choose to import a Gleeo CSV or export session history, the app reads the file or writes the export you select in Apple’s Files interface. The selected location may be iCloud Drive or another Files provider. Those providers handle storage and syncing according to their own privacy terms. Timesheet Happens does not upload files to a developer-operated server.

Live Activities

While a timer is running, an optional Live Activity can show the project name and elapsed time on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. You can control Live Activities in iOS Settings.

Diagnostics

The app writes technical error details to Apple’s on-device system log to help diagnose failures. It does not send these logs to the developer.

Retention and deletion

Your projects and sessions remain in the app’s local storage until you delete sessions or remove the app. iOS device backups may include app data according to your backup settings. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save them.
